Hello! My name is Ace and I am what some consider a complex little onion; I have many layers. In many ways I am a great dog, I love to please and learn quickly. Here at Ferne's I have been good with dogs, love people, but need to work on my cat socialization. Sadly, I have been adopted out twice and my adoptive homes don't find me as charming as described. I tend to be guardy in my home and show my rude side to dogs, cats and strangers. My ideal home would be quiet with a person or two to call my own, hopefully with someone that takes me on lots of car rides, which are my favorite. 

I have very very short fur, even by pittie standards, but will happily wear a coat and booties if the weather calls for it. Otherwise I love being inside where it is warm. I am a happy goofy boy, so it's hard to imagine that I can be as rude as I have been, but being in my own home I do take that ownership and act out. Maybe a truck driver looking for companionship and someone to protect them would be my perfect home?
