Rooster

Rooster is a 3-4 year old male (neutered) tan Shepherd mix. He loves other dogs and cats, and warms up fast despite his initial shyness to new people. You will never have a dull moment with his playful antics!

Rooster came to Ferne’s Acres as a stray. His time was up at the pound and he had nowhere to go. Although we feel immense sympathy for these situations, Ferne's goal is to care for animals that have fallen through the cracks of the system, not to do adoptions. But when the pound reached out, they pleaded with us to take him because he deserved so much more. How could you say no to that face?!
